Maintenance Technician / Landscaping Technician

Maintenance Tech
Currently we are hiring people with experience in maintenance. All applicants must have at least 1-2 years of experience in the following areas:
Carpentry, Siding & Gutter Repair, Masonry, Drainage, Painting, Roof Repair, Light Electrical, General Handyman Duties, Applicants must be able to:
Climb ladders, Lift up to 50 pounds, Operate Hand and Power Tools, Problem Solve, Communicate Clearly, Work Independently or with a Team, Keep Paperwork and Job Details Organized , Candidate must have a valid drivers licenses and transportation to and from work.

Landscape Tech
Currently we are hiring a full time landscape crew member. All Candidates are required to have at least 1-2 years of experience in the landscape industry. Candidates must be able to operate all landscape equipment, work well with a team, be detail oriented, maintain a good attendance record, reliable, have a valid drivers license and transportation to and from work.

Pay: Based on experience
