Joey Votto placed on the injured list after reporting COVID-19 symptoms But Reportedly Tests Negative

Votto self-reported symptoms to the team’s medical staff on Sunday morning, according to a source told The Enquirer, but he has not tested positive for COVID-19. Reds second baseman Mike Moustakas self-reported symptoms last week and spent three days on the IL before he won an appeal to return.

There are no minimum or maximum number of days a player can spend on the IL when it’s related to COVID-19. Players do not have to test positive to be placed on the IL.

Garth Brooks may have watched circumstances move his Stadium Tour plans for the remainder of this year into 2021, but that just means twice as much fun for us – and for him – once large-scale concerts again become a reality!

“Understand that this tour is logged out to the Summer of ’22. The three sellouts he mentions – NFL stadium events in Charlotte, Cincinnati and Las Vegas originally planned for this past spring and this month – are rescheduled for next year.
