Johnny Depp Was to Receive $22.5 Million for ‘Pirates 6’
Johnny Depp’s agent testified on Monday that Depp was to receive $22.5 million to star in the sixth “Pirates of the Caribbean” film, but Disney decided to go “in a different direction” after Amber Heard published an op-ed reviving her domestic abuse allegations.
Jack Whigham, who represented Depp at Creative Artists Agency and later at Range Media Partners, testified that the December 2018 piece in the Washington Post had a “catastrophic” impact on Depp’s career.
“After the op-ed it was impossible to get him a studio film,” Whigham testified.
Depp is suing Heard for $50 million, alleging that she destroyed his career with false allegations
Thieves are Targeting U-Haul Trucks full of Belongings
Authorities are warning people that moving trucks have become a target for thieves. The well-marked vans and trucks have become a target for brazen thieves, who are not just after the vehicles themselves, but mostly the stuff boxed up inside. Georgia police investigator Steven Fields says most of the heists happen at hotels when families stop overnight while moving across the country.
“The U-Hauls are able to be manipulated, where they can get hot-wired very easily and they’re gone within a matter of minutes,” Fields said. Once the bad guys spot a moving van, they wait until dark to strike. To try and protect your belongings, police recommend a steering wheel lock to deter criminals. You can also invest in a small GPS device to assist in tracking down your truck.

Reds Fan Threatens To Take A Dump In The Truck
Reds record is currently 3-19. A post popped up on the Reds subreddit on Sunday courtesy of someone who unveiled their plan to poop in the bed of the Toyota Tundra that’s parked inside Great American Bal Park when Cincinnati hosts the Pirates on May 6th. Security near the Toyota Tundra inside Great American Ball Park will likely be very tight on May 6th. I will be watching and waiting to update this story if it happens. Fans are saying the owners have been pooping on the team for years so why can’t the fans poop on them? Some sports analysts say The Cincinnati Reds are on pace to go 22-140 this season. Five different pitchers in Major League Baseball have been credited with more wins than the Cincinnati Reds.
