MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 7: Tom Cruise Sends 300 Christmas Cakes on Private Jet to UK for Crew-Members

American actor Tom Cruise is showering appreciation on his Mission: Impossible 7 crew members ahead of Christmas.

Reportedly, the 59-year-old had 300 Christmas cakes shipped from LA to the UK on his private jet as a gift for his team. The plane was sent on a 5,500 mile round trip across the Atlantic, according to reports.

Cruise is famous for sending the White Chocolate Coconut Bundt Cake from Doan’s Bakery in Woodland Hills for his favourite people. In fact, many who know him, also dub it ‘Tom Cruise cake’

A source told The Sun: “Tom wanted to give the team on Mission: Impossible a treat for Christmas and decided that only cakes from his favorite bakery in LA would do.”

It added:”He organized for the shop to make 300 cakes especially and they were then flown back to the UK on his jet.”

“It is extravagant, but Tom is an incredibly generous person and he wanted to do something special for everyone who has worked on the movie with him,” shared the insider.

Reportedly, the Top Gun star has spent £11,400 pounds ($15,078 USD) on the cakes.

O.J. Simpson a ‘Completely Free Man’ After Parole Ends Early

O.J. Simpson’s parole has ended early … and, according to his attorney, he’s now “a completely free man.”

A spokesperson for the Nevada State Police confirmed to TMZ Sports that Simpson was, in fact, discharged from parole earlier this month.
According to the spokesperson, Simpson — who had been on parole since Oct. 1, 2017 — was awarded good behavior credits which made him eligible for ending it early.
His parole was initially set to expire on Feb. 9, 2022.
“Mr. Simpson is a completely free man now,” the former NFL star’s attorney, Malcolm LaVergne, told the Associated Press following the news.
Of course, 74-year-old Simpson had been on parole after he served nine years behind bars following his conviction in his armed robbery case in 2008.
You’ll recall, Simpson had been convicted of leading a group of men — including several who were armed — into a Las Vegas hotel room in 2017 to steal memorabilia from people he said had previously stolen from him.
O.J. was originally sentenced to 33 years behind bars for the crime.
Simpson has been living in Las Vegas since his release from jail — golfing often while commenting on NFL games on his Twitter page.
It’s unclear if he has plans to leave Nevada now that his parole has ended.
