Lead Teacher-
As a Kids ‘R’ Kids Lead Teacher, you will have a unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development of our infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children – our philosophy is “Hugged First, Then Taught.” You will be responsible for implementing innovative, engaging, and theme-based curriculum that follows both a structured format and a Montessori style method of teaching. Kids ‘R’ Kids also encourages your personal and professional growth, helping to equip you with the tools needed to enrich the young lives entrusted to our care.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Satisfactory criminal background check for child care centers
Desired Qualifications:
Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) or higher
Infant/toddler/adult CPR and First Aid certification
One year or more experience in a school or preschool setting
Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of infant/toddler/pre-school/school age children
Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/school age children
Good written and oral communication skills
Benefits:

Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 6AM – 6:30PM. No weekends!

Assistant Teacher-
As a Kids ‘R’ Kids Assistant Teacher, you will work in tandem with your Lead Teacher to assist with the execution of daily curriculum, help manage classroom behaviors and transitions between activities, and take charge of the classroom upkeep. You will serve as a crucial part of the team that makes your classroom work, while building your own experience and knowledge as a teacher and child care provider!
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age
Satisfactory criminal background check for child care centers
Desired Qualifications:
Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) or higher
Infant/toddler/adult CPR and First Aid certification
Prior experience in a child care setting
Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of infant/toddler/pre-school/school age children
Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to infant/toddler/preschool/school age children
