Dolly Parton Fans Can Now Spend the Night on Her Personal Tour Bus
Dolly Parton fans can now have the ultimate “hotel stay,” with the opportunity to spend at least two nights aboard the country icon’s personal tour bus while visiting Dollywood. In March 2022, Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa acquired the tour bus and created the Dollywood Suite 1986 Tour Bus Experience.
According to a release, the new offering lets fans take a look at Parton’s personal tour bus, which she used from late 2008 through March 2022. The bus, which was designed by the musician and her sisters, has traveled nearly 360,000 miles throughout North America. In 2016, Parton used the bus to travel on her The Pure & Simple Tour, which visited over 60 cities in the United States and Canada.
The Prevost tour bus includes several upgrades, including a full-sized refrigerator, electric doors, a bath tub and other user-friendly features. The bus also has three bunk beds in lieu of the standard six bunk beds, to create room for Parton’s show wardrobe. (Some of her outfits will also be on display, and the bus also includes a wig cabinet. Special hand-painted murals — depicting wagons, crystal balls and wayfaring wanderers — adorn the walls of the bus. Jewel-toned pink and blue fabrics and decor are found throughout.
The bus is located on the grounds of Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa, and sleeps up to two guests. Additionally guests’ stay includes a guest room in the resort that sleeps up to four additional guests inside, with a view of Parton’s bus. The cost for the experience begins at $10,000, and a portion of the profits from each stay will be donated to the Dollywood Foundation.
“I have homes all over the United States, but my favorite place is the bus because that way I can just feel those wheels rolling,” Parton said in a statement. “I’m a true gypsy at heart.”

The Big Cheez-It Tostada features an oversized Cheez-It square topped with Taco Bell’s seasoned beef, reduced-fat sour cream, fresh diced tomatoes, crisp lettuce and shredded cheddar cheese.
The Cheez-It square itself is made with 100% real cheese and ridges, but is 16 times the size of an original Cheez-It square.

Available exclusively for users of the Taco Bell website and mobile app, the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme includes seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, lettuce, reduced-fat sour cream and diced tomatoes, but the typical tostada shell is swapped for the oversized Cheez-It cracker before being wrapped inside a tortilla that’s grilled to go.

Fans can order the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme for $4.29 from the Taco Bell restaurant located at 2222 Barranca Pkwy in Irvine, California over the two weeks, or while supplies last.
Amber Heard’s legal troubles continue as she is investigated for allegations of PERJURY in Australia
Amber Heard could face another legal battle in Australia after losing her high-profile defamation trial against ex-husband Johnny Depp earlier this month.
She is the subject of an ‘ongoing’ perjury investigation related to court proceedings stemming from her infamous visit to Queensland with Depp in 2015.
The couple, who were in the country while Depp filmed Pirates of the Caribbean 5, broke Australia’s strict quarantine and biosecurity laws by failing to declare their Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo, after flying in from the U.S. The Aquaman actress, 36, was charged with two counts of illegally importing the animals in July that year, but the case was closed when she pleaded guilty at a Gold Coast court in April 2016 to falsifying travel documents.
The Australian Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment said on Tuesday it was ‘investigating allegations of perjury by Ms Heard during court proceedings for the 2015 illegal importation of [her] two dogs into Australia’. The spokesperson confirmed the case was ‘ongoing’, reports ET Canada.
R Kelly is sentenced to 30 years in prison
R Kelly, 55, was sentenced by a Brooklyn judge to 30 years in federal prison for trafficking and sexually abusing young girls. Seven of Kelly’s victims spoke during sentencing, with one telling the singer that he had left her suicidal: ‘I wished I would die because of how you degraded me’. Kelly himself did not address the court: he faces a further trial, on charges of child pornography and obstructing justice, in Chicago in August. His accusers wept with relief after the sentencing, with several saying that, as young black women, they thought they would never see justice.
Cameron Diaz returns to acting for her first role in 8 years
Netflix revealed that Cameron Diaz is returning to the acting game in the upcoming movie Back in Action. According to Netflix, it was Jamie Foxx that convinced her to come out of retirement for another collaboration.
Foxx and Diaz didn’t spill any other details about Back in Action, but the title suggests they’ll both be in fighting shape for the film. It’ll be Diaz’s first action-heavy role since 2010’s Knight and Day, which paired her with famous stunt-lover Tom Cruise. The actress stepped away from acting in 2014, pursuing other opportunities from writing books to launching the organic wine brand Avaline. In 2015, she married musician Benji Madden, and the two welcomed their daughter, Raddix, four years later. Diaz officially announced her retirement from acting in 2018.

During the promo interview for the flick, Chris said that it wasn’t just him who had his kids in the movie.

Anchovies are raining from the sky across San Francisco
Reddit user sanfrannie posted earlier this month that about a dozen 8-inch silver fish “rained down from the sky” onto their friend’s roof and back deck in the Outer Richmond. Several other users commented with similar experiences — one person said they “heard a whoosh sound behind me and heard a massive splat” before seeing fish scattered on a nearby driveway. Another commented that they “almost got hit by a fish waiting for a bus” in the Castro, and a third person said they assumed “a band of roving kids were doing a Tik Tok sardine-throwing challenge on a roof somewhere” after seeing several fish fall onto an Outer Richmond sidewalk.
Local fishers and researchers are blaming seabirds that, because of an explosion in the anchovy population off the coast of the Bay Area, now have more fish than they know what to do with.
