Sam Hunt’s Pregnant Wife Hannah Lee Fowler Withdrew Divorce Complaint Hours After Filing

The country singer’s wife filed for divorce on Friday, alleging that he cheated on her.  But hours later filed paperwork that must have sat on a desk over the holiday weekend.

Fowler filed a Notice of Voluntary Nonsuit.  A “nonsuit” is another term for “dismissal” in the state of Tennessee, which means Fowler is no longer seeking a divorce from the country crooner. According to the nonsuit filing, the Alabama native classified her decision as “voluntary nonsuited without prejudice,” meaning she can file for divorce a second time in the future.

However, in accordance with Tennessee law, Fowler cannot withdraw the divorce filing a second time should she take legal action down the line.  Hunt, for his part, was served the voluntary nonsuit paperwork on Friday. As of Tuesday, a judge had yet to sign off on the filing, which would then dismiss the case completely.

‘Wendy Williams show’ ending, Sheri Shepherd to take her time slot

Here is a quote from show producers: “It’s been a challenging time for Wendy as she deals with her health issues. She is incredibly grateful to Debmar-Mercury, to Sherri and everybody else who has supported the show through this time,” Williams’ rep Howard Bragman said. “She, more than anyone, understands the reality of syndicated television — you can’t go to the marketplace and sell a show that’s the ‘Maybe Wendy Show’. She understands why this decision was made from a business point of view, and she has been assured by Debmar-Mercury that should her health get to a point where she can host again and should her desire be that she hosts again that she would be back on TV at that time.”

Student Tried to Get into Zoo’s Big Cat Cage to see “The Eye of the Tiger”

Mathew Abraham, of Worcester, was discovered behind an exhibit that houses Anala, a Bengal tiger mix, WCVB reported. The college student insists he had no intention of getting anywhere near the big cat nor inside its enclosure.  “I was about say 20 yards away, and there was a fence between me and the tiger,” he said, adding he intended to get close enough to look the animal directly in its eyes.  “They say it’s something called the eye of the tiger,” he continued. “They say the eye of the tiger is the most dangerous thing you’ll ever see in your whole life … They say that the soul is visible through the eye.” He is charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct and is likely due to appear in court for an arraignment on Feb. 22, according to authorities.  “No animals, nor people, were injured,” the zoo spokesperson said of the alleged trespassing incident.
