Darth Vader Actor Passed Away

David Prowse, the former body-builder who played Darth Vadar in the original Star Wars trilogy, is dead at the age of 85. The English-born actor died early Sunday, according to his management company, Bowington Management. “May the force be with him, always,” said his agent, Thomas Bowington. “Though famous for playing many monsters – for myself, and all who knew Dave and worked with him, he was a hero in our lives.” The agency did not reveal the cause of death, but Prowse was being treated for prostate cancer as recently as 2018.

Saved By The Bell Apologized To Selena Gomez

Peacock has apologized for a Saved By The Bell episode that joked about Selena Gomez’s kidney transplant. In the season’s sixth episode, two teens argue about who donated a kidney to Gomez in 2017. One insists it was the mother of her ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber, while another said it was her former friend, Demi Lovato. (In reality, it was her friend Francia Raisa.) Graffiti is seen in another part of the video asking, “Does Selena Gomez even have kidneys?” There was an outcry on social media Saturday, as fans of the actress and singer demanded an apology or for the episode to be removed from the platform. They sent “RESPECT SELENA GOMEZ” trending on Twitter for hours.
