Taylor Swift Old Music Sold For $300 Million

Scooter Braun, the music executive who bought Big Machine Music Group in June of 2019, has now sold the master rights to the six albums Taylor Swift recorded during her deal with the label. An investment firm called Shamrock Holdings reportedly paid Braun about $300 million — the same amount he paid to acquire the whole company.
